| Dinah Bowman has been the Texas Coastal Bend's premier professional framer since 1979. Although there are other framers in this area, none are able to offer the wide variety of archival quality materials and conservation glass coupled with the years of experience that you will find available at Dinah Bowman Studio and Gallery. What is archival framing? Archival framing includes the most advanced framing techniques that will help to protect and preserve fine art, photographs, and documents for long periods of time. Without archival framing, you can expect to see molding (especially in very humid environments), fading, wrinkling, and/or "burning" in your precious items where they may contact acidic matting, tape, pressed board, or corrugated cardboard commonly utilized in non-archival framing techniques.
